Commis chef • Kachia, Kaduna State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Kachia, Kaduna State. Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦140,000 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
