Short order cook — Tarka

Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Tarka, Benue State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
