Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Performance bonus on top of base pay.
