Tandoor cook wanted in Bracken County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Bracken County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes 4+ years on the tools preferred.
