CNC milling operator — Shinkafi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Shinkafi, Zamfara State. You will work in a die and mould making unit. Day to day you will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Rotating shifts.
