Urgent requirement: meat trimmer (Kaduna State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Kachia, Kaduna State. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Rotating shifts.
