Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Fakai, Kebbi State. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Full-time, day shift.
