On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Full-time with occasional weekends.
