You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand.
