Pastry baker — Hardin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a pastry baker in Hardin County, Ohio. You will be based in a bread factory. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
