Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 5+ years on the tools preferred.
