We are recruiting: we are hiring a press setter operator in Accomack County, Virginia. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading The role involves top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
