Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Kendall County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
