We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Pierce County, Nebraska. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Part-time with flexible hours.
