Deboner — Williams County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Williams County, North Dakota. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
