Meat trimmer wanted in Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Madison County, Florida. The job is at a halal meat counter. On a typical shift you will season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts.
