Bakery assistant wanted in Shanga

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Shanga, Kebbi State. You will be based in a bread factory. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
