Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Moba, Ekiti State. Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. ₦90,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
