Join our team: we are hiring a smash repairer in Polk County, Oregon. The job is at a busy body shop. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop The role involves feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours.
