The role involves: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Meals and transport allowance provided.
