Argon arc welder — Sardauna

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Sardauna, Taraba State. You will work in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Requirements: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Day to day you will read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size.
