What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled.
