Bread and bun maker wanted in Muzaffarnagar

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Day-to-day duties: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks 4+ years on the tools preferred.
