Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Washington County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
