Immediate opening: line cook (Abia State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Aba North, Abia State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Pay around ₦13,000 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
