Line cook — Mitchell County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Mitchell County, Texas. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Part-time with flexible hours.
