We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Kumbotso, Kano State. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
