Vacancy available: we are hiring a sausage maker in Pueblo County, Colorado. Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
