Back-of-house cleaner — Hocking County

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Hocking County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
