Plant operator • Saline County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Saline County, Kansas. You will work at a road and highway construction project. Ideal candidate: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs The role involves: • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly Performance bonus on top of base pay.
