Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Fleming County, Kentucky. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time, day shift.
