Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Barber County, Kansas. The job is at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
