Nursery worker — Limestone County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a nursery worker in Limestone County, Alabama. Day to day you will dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings. What we are looking for: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
