Day to day you will insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame. You should have: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Part-time with flexible hours. ₹27,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
