Great opportunity: powder coating sprayer (England)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Warrington, England. The role involves apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 4+ years on the tools preferred.
