Great opportunity: cook (Minnesota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Fillmore County, Minnesota. You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Full-time, day shift.
