Vertical milling machine operator — Ungogo

Join our team: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Ungogo, Kano State. You should have: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work The role involves deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters.
