Great opportunity: abattoir worker (Nevada)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Douglas County, Nevada. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
