Tandoor cook wanted in Wolfe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Wolfe County, Kentucky. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 5+ years on the tools preferred.
