Hand presser — Ahoada West

Now hiring: we are hiring a hand presser in Ahoada West, Rivers State. Day-to-day duties: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Give each garment a final press before packing Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
