Paint booth operator • Madobi, Kano State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Madobi, Kano State. Your main tasks: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Full-time, day shift.
