Now hiring: we are hiring a telesales agent in Madison County, Alabama. The job is in a shopping mall outlet. Day to day you will collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues; handle cash and card payments at the counter; handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints; restock shelves and arrange the product display; pitch products door to door along the assigned beat; punch orders into the billing/POS system. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of the local language and market • Ready to travel across the assigned territory • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
