Your main tasks: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Full-time with occasional weekends.
