Urgent requirement: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Cook County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing The role involves: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss We offer $130 per day plus benefits.
