Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
