You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
