Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Hall County, Texas. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
