Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Summit County, Colorado. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch We offer $130 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
