Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Schoolcraft County, Michigan. You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts On the job you will handle: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Clear and reset tables between covers • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager Rotating shifts.
