Confectioner — Owerri Municipal

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Owerri Municipal, Imo State. On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time with occasional weekends.
